1. Return Eligibility

  • You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, with tags, packaging, and accessories included.
  • For hygiene and safety, some products may not be eligible for return (e.g. items used or assembled).

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products not due to our error
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@christmasfort.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our team to approve your return request and provide return instructions.
  3. Package the item securely and ship it back to the address provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving your return.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@christmasfort.com with photos. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

7. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, the order may have already been processed and shipped.
